Montgomery Town Library Awarded CLiF Grant

The Montgomery Town Library is one of 12 libraries chosen from both New Hampshire and Vermont to receive an award from the Children’s Literacy Foundation this fall. The Library will receive $2,000 worth of brand-new children’s books for our children’s room, as well as a storytelling presentation at Montgomery Elementary School on November 30, 2011 at 1:15 pm.

The Children’s Literacy Foundation (CLiF) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to nurture a love of reading and writing among children throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. Since 1998 CLiF has served almost 100,000 children in nearly 400 communities across every region of the Twin States.
